• Once your order is dispatched or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation by Ordinome Gadgets

We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, such as:

• Product out of stock or discontinued.
• Inaccurate or incomplete payment or address details.
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions detected.

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For successfully cancelled orders, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
